
Is there that one meal that is constantly requested at your house? One that is greeted with enthusiasm every time that you announce what you’re having for dinner? Chicken, rice, and broccoli is that meal for us.
It’s a simple meal of herbed chicken thighs, white rice, and steamed broccoli.

Herbed Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 1 family pack (8-9) Chicken Thighs
- Salt
- Pepper Fresh, ground
- Italian Seasoning Dry
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350*F.Place the chicken thighs in a greased glass pan.Season each thigh with salt and pepper.Lightly season each thigh with onion powder.Season each thigh with garlic powder (we usually sprinkle this pretty liberally).Sprinkle each thigh with a generous amount of Italian Seasoning.Bake chicken for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Check for doneness after 45 minutes with a meat thermometer. The temperature will be 165*F when cooked through.
