Take Time

by Leave a Comment

Quiet. Peace.

Life with 5 kids is never dull, but I have to make sure I take the time to step away to pray and take in the silence. …at least the semi-silence. There’s always the music of everyday life playing in the background. ?

This time allows me to grow closer to God, re-group, and intentionally set my mind for the day.

I’ve found that early mornings work best for me. I’m an early riser by necessity – it’s the perfect time to transition from sleep and gets my day off to a better start. Who else is a grump first thing in the morning?! Lol

Do you take time to break away each day?

What time of day have you found works best for you?
