Non-Toxic Cleaning Wipes

I’m just curious….

Do you feel like you have to scrub your hands multiple times after using antibacterial cleaning wipes?
I don’t know about you, but all I know is that smell seems to linger even after I’ve washed my hands multiple times. It even seems to transfer to whatever I touch. I sure don’t like grabbing a handful of ice to put in my cup, only to find out that my water now tastes like bleach! Yuck!

It’s pretty unfortunate really, because I love the convenience of those wipes. I don’t like dealing with toilet water, and prefer to wipe the toilet down with cleaning wipes and just throw the whole mess away.

You can imagine my excitement, when I found out how to make wipes with the same cleaning power without using bleach or other nasty chemicals. You wanna know how?

These non-toxic cleaning wipes are really simple to make, and only use a few supplies.

Recipe for Non-Toxic Cleaning Wipes

All you need is:

1/2 a paper towel roll (A bread knife works well to cut it in 1/2) ~ $0.56
2 cups water
1 cap-full Thieves Household Cleaner ~ $0.22 (Wholesale Price)
A container with a lid to hold the wipes

To make the wipes:

1. Put your 1/2 paper towel roll into your container

2. Combine the cap-full of Thieves Cleaner with the water

3. Pour the water/cleaner combination over your paper towels

4. Squish your paper towels around until the solution has saturated them.

5. Pull the cardboard out of the center of the paper towel roll. It should slide out pretty easily now that it’s wet.

6. Pull out the towels from the center like you would any other cleaning wipe!

Voila! You now have your own non-toxic cleaning wipes! Use just as you would any other cleaning wipe – However, you can even use this one on your hands!

Not only are these wipes non-toxic, they are also very cost effective!
